I am just about to book another 6 week session with Dorset Fit. Hannah is approachable, encouraging and knowledgeable. Her circuits sessions offer a varied level of challenge (from beginner upward) and she is always on hand to push you further or help you adapt an exercise to fit your level of fitness or need. Each session is well organised and varies each week so it's never boring! I love how carefully Hannah listens to want you want to achieve, and then plans and adapts her coaching accordingly, offering calm, confident guidance and coaching. I have so enjoyed the sessions and leave them feeling invigorated and motivated.

Hannah is an amazing personal trainer, I am so glad I met her! She is really inspirational and is the first person who has actually made me want to exercise. Hannah has created a perfect bespoke program for me that takes into account some limitations I have due to hypermobility. I can't commit to doing exercise every day due to working shifts but Hannah is very accommodating of this and I have no problem arranging appointments. I hope to attend her group sessions soon!

Where We Are Located

Dorset Fit is based in Ferndown.
